1、 Overview
DCIB series intelligent small bus is a new type of bus, also known as guide rail type air insulated intelligent bus duct, which is an overhead power distribution system. The internal conductor adopts a circuitous U-shaped structure, and the plug-in box can be locked at a fixed position by rotation, and the plug-in box can be plugged in and out at any position of the bus duct without connector. At the same time, the bus system is an intelligent, safe and reliable system, which can monitor the bus in real time.
DCIB Each unit of dcib series intelligent small bus is equipped with sensors, electronic components, etc. when the bus is in operation state, it collects and converts the operation state and electrical parameters of the bus, and transmits them to the intelligent monitoring equipment through the network for real-time inspection and control. There is a program stored in the monitoring module, which can set a reasonable range for all kinds of parameters. If the bus data exceeds the corresponding warning value, it will alarm automatically, so as to ensure the safety of the circuit.

三、插接箱防误系统The anti misoperation system of the plug-in box includes:>>> ①Anti misoperation warning device;>>> ②Anti misoperation locking device;①nti misoperation warning device: the protective cover of the circuit breaker is used to prompt the alarm. When the plug-in box and the bus are in the charged state, if the plug-in box cannot be reliably connected with the bus, the protective cover of the circuit breaker will always be in the pop-up state. Only when the plug-in box is reliably connected with the bus, the protective cover of the circuit breaker can be in the closed state and can be padlocked. This design is to prevent the plug-in box from closing when it is not connected with the bus or fixed firmly.② Anti misoperation locking device: when the circuit breaker is in the closing position, when the plug-in box is connected or removed from the live bus under abnormal operation procedures, the circuit breaker will automatically trip to prevent plug-in and plug-in box with load. When the equipment leaves the factory, the anti misoperation locking device of plug-in box is put into operation by default. The user can use other electric parameters or non electric parameters to perform associated locking. When the user chooses to cancel the anti misoperation locking on the man-machine interface, the circuit breaker can be remotely operated on the man-machine interface.

5、 Composition of intelligent bus monitoring system
Hardware:
SmartMeter:The module is composed of main control board and CT board, and adopts Modbus RTU master-slave communication protocol. The main control board converts the collected voltage signal, temperature signal, switch signal, secondary current signal collected by CT board into digital signal, which is read and written by HMI after calculation and processing.
Data Supervisory Control Terminal:It is composed of human-machine interface (HMI), serial communication network, Ethernet communication network and wireless communication network. Users can set the corresponding parameters and protection settings for each slave station intelligent module through HMI. Display and compare the electrical parameter data and over limit alarm provided by each module, archive the important data to the historical database, and save the data according to the user's needs.Software:
